Built an e-commerce and wholesale distribution company from zero — handling product sourcing, fulfillment logistics, and B2B sales across 10,000+ SKUs. Designed and deployed the full operational stack: inventory management, automated purchasing, shipping rate auditing, and customer analytics. Scaled to profitability without outside funding.

Launched a D2C sister company to SupplyClub, focusing on high-quality composting supplies. Built out as as additional node to the SupplyClub network, sharing backed operations and infra.

Advising high-growth vc-backed startup (raised $100M+) on operations infrastructure, process automation, and systems architecture. Engagements range from warehouse workflow redesigns to full ERP-to-automation pipeline builds.

Spent five years in sales roles in the packaging, wholesale, and distribution industries. Mostly as a manufacturer broker rep managing multi-million dollar accounts while leading outbound sales as well. These roles shaped my understanding of supply chain and logistics. It was here where my love of operational efficiency and excellence was born, and also where I learned that most business problems are data/information problems in disguise.
